The JRIC creates and shares intelligence products to keep partners informed regarding emerging, evolving, and persistent threats. Additionally, we share products created by partners that may be of interest to our subscribers.

The JRIC tailors its offerings according to the roles and responsibilities of partners. To receive JRIC products, please choose and click the link for the category that best describes your current job title and duties.

Law Enforcement Personnel 

  • Partners with a "right" and "need-to-know" Law Enforcement Sensitive (LES) information.
  • Employed by a law enforcement agency and serve in an enforcement , investigative, or intelligence role.

Public Safety / Government Personnel 

  • Partners with a "right" and "need-to-know" sensitive public safety information.
  • Employed by or affiliated with a government agency, and serve in a public safety function, such as a firefighter, EMT, paramedic, emergency management, tribal enforcement.
  • Members of the US Military. 
Healthcare / Public Health Personnel 
  • Partners with a "right" and "need to know" sensitive public safety information.
  • Employed in a public health role, such as infectious and communicable diseases, food and water safety, emergency medical services, hazardous material management, and government hospitals.
  • Have attended a Terrorism Liaison Officer (TLO) Basic course (or ILO Basic training course via InfraGard); and submitted a copy of their TLO/ILO course certificate to JRIC for verification (via email to training@jric.org).
Private Sector Personnel 
  • Partners with a "right" and "need to know" sensitive public safety information.
  • Employed in a critical infrastructure protection role.
  • Have attended a Terrorism Liaison Officer (TLO) Basic course (or ILO Basic training course via InfraGard); and submitted a copy of their TLO/ILO course certificate to JRIC for verification (via email to training@jric.org).

Attend TLO Basic Training and Become a TLO Secure Partner

All law enforcement, fire, health, military, tribal and public health personnel are encouraged to attend this training.  The training is free. Those who complete the training are eligible to become TLO Secure Partners for their respective agencies and will  be granted access to the Secure TLO Portal.

If you have already attended TLO Basic Training at one of our Fusion Center Partners (OCIAC, NCRIC, CCIC or LECC) and are interested becoming a JRIC TLO Secure Partner email training@jric.org.
